LOVE GLOUCESTER
The principles of Love Gloucester are based on similar projects being run in other parts of the country. We want people to use their faith to help make Gloucester an even better place to live in.
We would like people to develop a voluntary practical approach to making small improvements to our communities. Such as:
- Improving any areas of Gloucester that are in particular need of some love and attention however small or large?
- Holding events that would benefit the community and provide a free activity for local people?
- Helping any individuals, families or groups of people who are in particular need of some support and help?
We are now looking for new ideas that can be developed throughout the coming year. It doesn't matter if these are projects that could be tackled in a day or over a period of weeks. If you have ideas for new projects, we would love to hear from you. No idea is too big or too small or too silly to suggest! We cannot promise that all ideas will be developed into projects but we will consider any ideas you send our way! Please give us as many details as you can, giving your contact information and an outline of your idea.
Get Involved: If the project is going to grow bigger and last all year round, then we obviously need more people to get involved as volunteers.

Partnering with us: We are aware that we are not the only ones involved in activities which are enhancing the community! Many of you will already be involved in a variety of things that are of great value and benefit to Gloucester.
If you are interested in linking with us, we would love to hear from you. If your project, group or event fits in with our ethos of love and care, we would be very happy to provide a link on this website and help promote and support what you are doing amongst our volunteers.
We would love to see lots of existing projects linked together for greater impact in our community. We are definitely stronger together!
